With a career in enterprise finance and information technology, Jason has guided organizations through the chaos of complexity with clarity, compassion, and conviction—reminding everyone around him that wisdom is more than knowledge. It’s direction, discipline, and deeply rooted truth.

But his wisdom didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began in the back of a dusty Honda CR-V, delivering newspapers before sunrise as a broke college student. That season didn’t just teach him grit—it taught him that faithfulness in the small things forges greatness in the unseen.

Today, Jason is a father of six—four grown sons, a joyful daughter, and a deeply thoughtful youngest son—and he’s a husband walking in the grace and strength of a redemptive second marriage. His home is a table of restoration. His heart, a quiet blaze for those still seeking theirs.

He’s a husband who listens differently now. A father who sees leadership not just as a platform—but as a legacy. And a coach who believes in handing his sons scrolls, not scripts, as they learn to lead by example.
