Outcomes:
Ability to articulate the philosophy, mission, and structure of the program. Begin journaling and mentoring using core principles.
Phase 2: Formation – Leadership Language and Soul Work
• Self-assessment and discovery of your own Profile and House identity
• Weekly wisdom training sessions (live or on-demand)
• Guided coaching simulations and mock sessions
• Application of wisdom in real-world leadership coaching scenarios
Outcomes:
Demonstrate mastery of 7–10 key principles, coach clients through real change, and guide small groups in reflection and leadership growth.
Phase 3: Activation – Teaching, Coaching, Multiplying
• Learn to host and multiply Table24™ groups in different environments (workplace, campus, church, etc.)
• Teach The 49-Day Journey and Scroll Reflection Series
• Develop a custom client coaching plan using the WisdomEdge Toolkit
• Final coaching presentation to certification panel

Confidently coach individuals and groups, teach principles with fluency, and facilitate transformational conversations.
