About the Founder: Jason Tomlinson

Jason brings order to chaos and clarity to complexity—while keeping people and purpose at the heart of every solution.

With a background in enterprise finance and IT strategy, Jason has helped organizations navigate massive change with calm confidence. But his leadership journey began long before the boardroom.

It started in the back of a dusty Honda CR-V, delivering newspapers before dawn as a broke college student. That season taught him something deeper than discipline—it taught him faithfulness in the unseen.

Now a father of six and husband in a redemptive second marriage, Jason leads from the heart of a restored home. As a member of the Masonic tradition and the Shriners, he honors ancient symbols of moral architecture—where light is pursued, truth protected, and character carved like stone.
